Why Localize Your Game?
A player shouldn't need a dictionary to enjoy your vision.
Imagine creating a rich narrative, complex UI, or deep skill tree, only to have a player drop out because they couldn't understand what to do next.
Language barriers make players quit before they even start. When non-native speakers encounter stiff text or untranslated systems, they aren't experiencing your game. They are struggling through it.
Native localization turns confused players into loyal fans. It makes your mechanics completely intuitive, so players navigate your game without friction. More importantly, it delivers your story with its original emotional impact. Every joke hits, every emotional line resonates, and players experience the narrative exactly as you envisioned it.
Why I Do Game Localization?
I am addicted to games with good stories.
I love narrative games, where we do not merely control a character, we cry, grieve, rage, and celebrate alongside them as their world reshapes them.
Nothing shatters immersion faster than AI-translated dialogue. A moment crafted to evoke sorrow or quiet horror suddenly turns awkward, instantly pulling us out of the story.
Whenever a game moves me to tears or leaves me sitting in silence through the credits, my immediate thought is that this story deserves a wider audience.
Many indie games lack extravagant marketing budgets, but passionate players will always find a way to share a story that moved them.
My goal is simple. I want your narrative to resonate in Traditional Chinese with the exact emotional impact you intended, ensuring no player ever misses the soul of your work.

"I don't have enough budget."
You spend plenty time pouring your heart into a game, only to pause your localization plans because translation costs eat up your remaining capital.
I do not want budget constraints to stop great stories from reaching Chinese speaking players. That is why I offer flexible, dev-friendly localization partnerships tailored to your current situation.
Here is how we can work together.
Standard Plan (Ideal for studios with an allocated localization budget.)
Rate: $0.07 - $0.13 USD per word
Terms: 40% upfront, remaining 60% upon completion.
Low Budget Plan (Designed to ease your pre-launch cash flow.)
Rate: $0.08 - $0.13 USD per word
Terms: 30-50% upfront. The remaining fee is deferred until your player base reaches an agreed milestone.
Zero Budget Plan (I Love Your Story, Let's Play a Game.)
Rate: $0.08 - $0.13 USD per word
Terms: $0 upfront. As for the rest... "I WANT TO PLAY A GAME", I receive 5% of the game's retail price for every unit sold until the localization fee is fully settled.

GAMES
Moon-Oriented Autonomous Biological Model
A short psychological adventure game made by Mortem4.
As the developer put it, this game is less of a standard title and more of an interactive media art. I could not agree more.
Games like this are rare in today's market. Instead of relying on conventional mechanics or heavy exposition, it draws players in through atmosphere and the subtle weight behind every single line. The game offers no direct explanations for the past or the future. Everything is left for players to feel, interpret, and reflect upon in their own way.
During the localization process, I reached out to the developer to discuss the deeper meaning and core intent behind the work. Understanding the original vision allowed me to capture the protagonist's exact emotional state at every turn, ensuring the translation delivers the exact emotion and meaning in every line.
